1 General Terms

456ed ("Platform", "we", "our") is a provider of online betting and casino services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Member", "you") of the 456ed platform.

By accessing the 456ed website, mobile version, or any related service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms may be changed at any time. If you continue using the platform after any change, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria are required to become a member and use the 456ed platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above.
• You must be a real individual and may not register as a representative of any company or legal entity.
• The platform may not be used from areas where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• You must use the service solely for yourself and for entertainment purposes.
• Individuals whose accounts were previously closed by 456ed may not register again.

456ed follows a strict age verification process to protect minors. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

A personal account must be created in order to use the services on the 456ed platform. It is each member's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

3.2 Account Security

You must keep your account username and password strictly confidential. You must immediately notify 456ed of any unauthorised access to your account. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person — using the same device, IP address, or personal information — is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicion, 456ed reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

456ed reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for identity verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is not completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 456ed platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from the account holder's own payment method.
• Funds deposited through or received from a third party are not accepted.
• Bonuses may apply based on the deposit amount — see Section 5 for details.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the required verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests may not be processed if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

456ed offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Any pending withdrawal requests while a bonus is active will be considered cancelled.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

456ed's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Members may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular active participation and loyalty to the platform.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as using multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or advantage-seeking betting strategies — will be considered a violation of the Terms, and action will be taken including bonus cancellation and account suspension.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 456ed platform — slots, live casino, sports betting, Dragon Tiger Luck, and others — are governed by the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).
• The specific rules of each game can be found within the game window.
• 456ed reserves the right to declare the result of any game invalid due to a technical error.
• In the event of a disconnection, a bet will be considered valid if it has been completed.
• In sports betting, a bet cannot be changed after it has been placed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456ed platform:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other misconduct.
• Playing games through automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Hacking or conducting any other harmful activity against the platform's systems or network.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

456ed reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• At the member's own request — in the case of self-exclusion.

In the case of suspension, remaining funds in an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited. In the case of a standard closure, valid funds will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

The 456ed platform operates with SSL encryption and a fair play policy. Nevertheless, 456ed will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Compromise of account security due to the member's own negligence or carelessness.
• Disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

Under no circumstances will 456ed's total liability exceed the current balance in the member's account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

456ed gives the highest priority to the protection of members' personal information. All personal data is kept secure through SSL encryption. Please read our Privacy Policy for detailed guidelines on how data is used.

Personal information is not sold to third parties. However, it may be necessary to share information for legal obligations or security purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

456ed firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be considered a source of income. 456ed offers the following features:

• Self-Exclusion: You can request to temporarily or permanently close your account yourself.
• Deposit Limits: The option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits is available.
• Session Limits: A time limit for gaming sessions can be set.
• Reality Check: Reminders about your gaming time and spending will be sent at set intervals.

12 Changes to Terms

The interpretation and application of these terms and conditions will follow general international online gaming standards and 456ed's internal policies.
